Dr David Crocker is a psychiatrist with extensive experience in neurodevelopmental conditions, particularly Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Born in the United Kingdom and raised partly in the United States, he graduated in Medicine from King’s College London in 2013 and completed his foundation training in Cornwall. He later undertook further training in expedition medicine before relocating to Edinburgh in 2018 to begin core training in psychiatry. In 2022, Dr Crocker was awarded Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

Dr Crocker’s professional interests centre on ADHD and ASD in adulthood. His work to date has involved developing expertise in the understanding, communication, and support of individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions.

Having been diagnosed with ADHD early in his career, Dr Crocker has first-hand insight into the challenges of feeling heard and understood. He places great importance on clear communication, personalised support, and a non-judgmental approach.
